Ball reversal

A Ball Reversal in basketball is a move or an act that happens when a player passes the ball from one side of the basketball court to the other.

It is like the ball is doing a U-turn, switching directions to surprise the opposing team.

When the ball is passed to one side of the court, the defending team often shifts to that side, ready to guard the player with the ball. But when the offensive team quickly passes the ball to the opposite side, it catches the defenders off guard.

It can tire out the defenders and cause confusion, leading to mistakes that the offensive team can take advantage of.
