Luca Di Matteo is a young Italian football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Palermo. He plays as a left-winger and is said to be a very promising player too.
Luca Di Matteo started his footballing career at Pescara in Italy and played for them for the first half of the 2007-2008 season, scoring one goal in 15 league matches in the Italian Serie C1. He earned huge praise for his performances and talent and was signed by the Serie A side Palermo in January 2008.
Luca Di Matteo made his Italian Serie A debut on April 27,2008 against Atalanta in home match that ended in a 0-0 draw. He is expected to show his talent in the 2008-2009 season in the Italian Serie A.
