Pablo Gabriel Cuevas Urroz was born on January 1, 1986, in Concordia, Argentina. He and his family later moved to Uruguay and he lives in Salto, Uruguay while also representing the country internationally.He stands 180 cm tall and his weight was last listed at 78 kg. Career
Cuevas turned pro in 2004 but he did not make his Grand Slam main draw debut until 2007 when he was in the opening round of the US Open.In 2008, he was in the main draw of two Grand Slams – Wimbledon and the US Open. He was also in the second round of the Miami Open. In the same year, he won the French Open men’s singles event. As a doubles player, he also won the 2015 Rome Masters and the 2017 Monte Carlo Masters.
From 2017 to 2022, he continued to play in the Grand Slams, his last main draw appearance to date was in 2022 at the second round of the French Open.
