Simon Ljaer is a teenage Danish football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Palermo. He plays as a centre-back and is said to be a very promising one too.
Simon Ljaer started his professional club football at Danish giants FC Midtylland after progressing through the youth ranks of AC Horsens. He played for them for the 2007-2008 season and featured in 21 impressive league matches.
Simon Ljaer was signed by Palermo in February 2008 on a five-year contract but his tenure started only from Kuly 2008. He is expected to be huge name in the coming years.
