After a goalless first half, Naby Keita put Jurgen Klopp’s side in the lead in the 57th minute when he headed in Sadio Mane’s cross.
Mohamed Salah made it 2-0 to the Premier League club just seconds later when he found the target from a very tight angle.

The win means that the Merseyside outfit have finished top of Group E with 13 points from six matches, a point clear of second-placed Napoli, and retain their chances of winning the Champions League for the second season in a row.
Former Liverpool striker Aldridge was following the match, and he was pleased with the performance produced by the Reds, and have praised the displays produced by central defender Virgil van Dijk and midfielder Jordan Henderson.
