NCAA is the acronym for the National Collegiate Athletic Association.
It is the primary governing body of sports at the intercollegiate level in the United States. It was founded in 1906 and has around 1,100 schools in its pool.
It serves the United States and Canada and is the primary non-profit organization that regulates college basketball in North America.
The NCAA is run under a three-division system – Division I, Division II, and Division III.
