Runner-up to Sinner at the 2021 event was Argentinian Diego Schwartzman.For the doubles events, notable champions include the duo of Nicolas Mahut and Fabrice Martin who won in 2021. Prior to that, the doubles title was held by the New Zealander pairing of John Peers and Michael Venus.
