Alexandre Muller

Alexandre Müller is a French professional tennis player who reached a career-high ATP singles ranking of World No. 39 on April 7, 2025. He broke into the ATP top 100 in 2023 after reaching his first tour-level final in Marrakesh, and in 2025 claimed his maiden ATP title at the Hong Kong Open.

Müller is currently the No. 4 French player and has continued to climb the rankings despite living with Crohn’s disease.

Alexandre Müller was born on February 1, 1997, in Poissy, France, and currently resides in France. Standing 183 cm tall and weighing 75 kg, he plays right-handed with a two-handed backhand.

He turned professional in 2014 and is coached by Xavier Pujo. Notably, Müller has managed his professional tennis career while living with Crohn’s disease.

Career

Since turning professional in 2014, Müller has spent much of his career on the ITF Men's World Tennis Tour and ATP Challenger Tour, amassing 17 singles and doubles titles across both circuits.

He made his ATP main draw debut at the 2017 French Open. His breakthrough came in 2023, reaching his first ATP final in Marrakesh and earning a top 100 debut.

In 2025, Müller won his maiden ATP title at the Hong Kong Open and reached his first ATP 500 final at the Rio Open, helping him enter the top 40. He has also recorded wins over top 10 players, including Andrey Rublev and Alexander Zverev, and continues to compete at a high level.
