Maryna Zanevska
Maryna Zanevska is a professional tennis player, who was born in Odessa, Ukraine. Since she showed a passion for learning to play tennis, she moved to Belgium for tennis training in the 6th Sense Academy and is currently residing in Namur. Since 2008, Zanevska has been coached by Julien Hoferlin and Philippe Dehaes. In 2016, she acquired her Belgian citizenship. Currently, Zanevska is on ATP World No. 81 spot as of November 15, 2021.
Personal Life
Aside from tennis, Zanevska learned gymnastics at a young age. She also loves spending quality time with her family and friends when she is not in practice. One thing that she liked about playing tennis is the adrenaline rush that she felt before, during, and after the match. Her other interests include shopping, modeling, and taking photographs.Professional Career
In 2009, Zanevska became the champion of the US Open in the juniors division with her partner Valeria Solovyeva. She also won the 2011 French Open junior title with Irina Khromacheva.In 2021, she ventured into joining the WTA Poland Open, where she also became champion. She also won the WTA 125K doubles title.
