Career

Ullyett turned pro in 1990. His first notable Grand Slam finish was in 1992 when he made it to the Q1 of the French Open men’s singles. In the same year, he made it to Q3 of Wimbledon. He reached his highest singles ranking of No.107 in May 2000.

As a Men’s Doubles and Mixed Doubles player, Ullyett reached a career-high ranking of No.4 on January 31, 2005. Within that year, he won the Australian Open Men’s Doubles category with Wayne Black. In the same year, he made it to the Quarter Final of the French Open Mixed Doubles.

He has three Grand Slam titles, One, in 2002 when he won the Australian Open mixed doubles. A year before that he won the US Open Men’s Doubles with Black. He also made it to the ATP Tour Finals in 2004 and he was in the Quarter Finals of the Men’s Doubles event in the 2004 Athens Olympics.
