Career
As a junior player, one of his biggest wins was reaching the third round of the French Open Boy’s in 2008. In the same year, he also reached the semifinal of the Wimbledon Boy’s event.
His early professional career was marked by him playing Futures and Challenger events. By 2010, he had broken into the Top 200 of the world rankings. In that year. An injury hampered his 2011 but he bounced back successfully and in 2012, he made his Grand Slam main draw debut at the French Open.
In 2014, he broke into the Top 100 of the world rankings, and in 2016, he was part of the Serbian Davis Cup team that made it to the quarterfinals, and in 2017, he was again on the team that made it to the semifinals.
2018 saw him battle with injuries but by 2019, he was back in top form and had returned to the Top 40 in the world rankings, breaking into the Top 30 a year later. In 2021, he made it to the third round of the Australian Open. In 2022, he was in the third round of the French Open and he also made it to the second round of Wimbledon.
