Cremonese were promoted three times in 1984-85, 1989-90 and 1991-92 where they only lasted one season in the Serie A.
La Cremo again played in Serie A in 1993-94 under Luigi Simoni but were relegated back down after two years in 1995-96.
Cremonese went back up in 2021-22 as Serie B runners-up but were relegated from Serie A in the 2022-23 season, finishing 19th.
