AEP Paphos is a Cypriot football club based in Paphos. They currently feature in the Cypriot First Division.

AEP Paphos were established in 2000 after the two Paphos clubs, APOP and Evagoras, were merged together. ATt the time, APOP were in the first division and Evagoras were in the second division. AEP started life in the first division and played in the top flight until 2005 when they suffered relegation to the second division.

AEP, though, did reach the semi-finals of the Cypriot Cup in 2006 when they were in the second division. At the end of that season they regained promotion to the first division.

AEP Paphos play their home matches at the Patiako Stadium that can accommodate 10,000 spectators.
