Club Atletico Boston River are a team based out of the city of Montevideo in Uruguay. Named after BankBoston and River Plate, the team relates heavily to the founding members who were part of those institutions. Founded in 1939, the team has won the 1956 and 2006 editions of the Liga Metropolitana Amateur.
