Vaasan Palloseura

Vaasan Palloseura, commonly known simply as VPS, is a Finnish football club based in Vaasa. They currently feature in the Finnish Premier Division.

VPS were established in 1924 and won their first league title in 1945. Three years later they won the league again. In recent years, VPS won the Finnish League Cup in 1999 and successfully defended their title in 2000. They also played in the UEFA Cup in the 1998-1999 season and in the 1999-2000 season.

VPS play their home matches at the Hietalahti stadium that can accommodate 4,600 spectators.
