Agustin Herrera

Agustin Enrique Herrera Osuna is a professional footballer from Mexico who plays as a striker. Herrera made his debut at the top level of Mexican football with Pumas UNAM, in 2006. His debut came a good year after he made it to the first team squad but failed to make a place for himself through rare appearances as a substitute or in reserve games.

Since 2005, Herrera has been used sparingly as a substitute and has made only 33 appearances for the first team in 4 years. He has found the net 3 times in those four years of football at the top level. Despite his inability to find a regular place in the team, Herrera has been somewhat of a revelation in the 2008-09 CONCACAF Champions League, scoring 5 goals in just 4 games including a hat trick.
