Massimo Oddo is an Italian footballer who currently features for the Italian powerhouse AC Milan. He is essentially a right wingback but he can fully as a winger too. Oddo won the 2006 Germany World cup with Italy and also the UEFA Champions League with AC Milan in 2007.

Oddo began his football at Renato Curi Angolana in Serie D in Italy. He was then signed by AC Milan in 1993 as a youth teamer and stayed with AC Milan until 2000. During this time he did not play one single game for AC Milan. Massimo Oddo played for several clubs during this time on loan, clubs who mostly played in the lower divisions in the Italian league.

In 2000 he was sold to Hellas Verona. After two seasons he moved on to S S Lazio. In SS Lazio he became a successful player and won the Italian Cup in 2003-2004, earning the reputation of being one of the best right wingbacks in the country.

On 23 January, 2007 he re-signed by AC Milan. Oddo was the starting right-back in the UEFA Champions League Final 2007 in which Liverpool FC was defeated with 2-1 and became a regular starter for Milan. However, he was farmed out on loan to German giants Bayern Munich for the 2008-09 campaign and was recalled to the Milanese club thereafter.

Massimo Oddo was also a part of the Italian side that won the 2006 Germany World Cup. He made his debut for Italy during the World Cup in 2002 and played in Euro 2004 too.
