Diego Torres

Diego Torres is an Argentine striker, currently playing with Newell's Old Boys. Starting his professional football career with Quilmes Atletico Club, Torres scored 10 goals in the 105 games he played with them. He appeared in the team, when the club won a promotion from the 2nd division, and also when they qualified for the Copa Libertadores in the following season.

Torres was removed from the first team after he was out due to an injury, in his fourth game with Newell's Old Boys. He returned to the team in the 2008 Apertura, and scored the winning goal against Lanus.
