Manchester City are reportedly set to sign Ferran Torres from Valencia in the summer transfer window.

It has been reported by The Guardian that Premier League giants City have agreed a deal with Spanish club Valencia over the transfer of Torres.

The Citizens will reportedly pay Los Che an initial transfer fee of 24.5 million pounds to secure the services of the 20-year-old winger.

The deal also includes add-ons, with the youngster having already personal terms with City and is keen on working with manager Pep Guardiola.

Torres is one of the best young wingers in Europe and became the youngest in Valencias history to play 50 La Liga games in November.

The winger is also Valencia’s youngest goalscorer in the Champions League.

The Spain Under-21 international made 26 starts and eight substitute appearances in La Liga for Valencia this past season, scoring four goals and providing five assists in the process.

Torres made also five starts and one substitute appearance in the Champions League for Los Che this campaign, scoring two goals and providing two assists in the process.

Valencia finished ninth in La Liga this past season, while City ended up second in the Premier League table.
