Fabiano Santacroce is an Italian football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Napoli. He features as a centre-back.
Santacroce developed at the youth academy of Italian side Como and played for the clubs first team for the 2004-2005 season and featured in 15 league matches.
In 2005 he was signed by Brescia and then in two seasons scored 3 goals in 43 league matches for them. He made a good name for himself as a very promising and strong centre-back and earned a move to Napoli in January 2008.
