Italian giants AC Milan are chasing Napoli central defender Fabiano Santacroce, according to reports.
Milan have been suffering at the back all this season and with Alessandro Nesta looking unable to regain his full fitness, it is clear that the former seven times European Cup winners would be signing a quality centre-back in the summer of 2009.
According to ilcalciomercato.it, Milan have set their eyes on the Napoli star central defender Fabiano Santacroce. The Italy U-21 defender has been sensational this season and is said to be a complete defender.
Santacroce was signed by Napoli from Benfica in January 2007 for 5.5 million euros.
