John Guidetti is a young Sweden international football player who currently features for the English and European giants Manchester City. He plays as a striker and is rated as one of the most promising young players in Europe.
Guidetti commenced his professional club football career at Brommapojkarna in 2008 and after one year joined Manchester City. He enjoyed a fine first season with the club’s Under-18 team, scoring 13 goals in as many appearances. In November 2010 he joined Burnley and returned to City in early January.
In July 2011 Guidetti signed a three-year contract with City and was farmed out on loan to Dutch giants Feyenoord for the 2011-12 season. He was impressive in the Eredivisie, finding the target 20 times in 23 league appearance.

Guidetti was drafted back into the City first team ahead of the 2012-13 campaign.
Guidetti made his international debut for Sweden in a friendly international against Croatia in 2012.
