Pedro Ken Morimoto Moreira is a professional Brazilian football player who is of Japanese descent. A midfielder of the highest quality, Ken began his playing career at the youth academy at Coritiba Futebol Clube. Ken got into the first team in 2007 and became an immediate starter with plenty of skill and potential.

Ken, along with Keirrison and Henrique, were considered the three golden boys of Coritiba, helping the team win the second division title in 2007. Over the three seasons spent at his home-town club, Ken played over 90 games and scored around 8 goals for his team.

In 2009, Ken decided to sign with league rivals Cruzeiro, but his change of club didn’t go down so well. Despite starting with the club, initially, Cruzeiro decided to send Ken out on loan, after 27 appearances and three goals in the league. In June 2011, Avai Futebol Clube welcomed Ken on a season-long loan that will see the midfielder become a regular part of the team.
