Paulo Cesar

As a defender who has made the left-back position his own, Paulo Cesar Elias, or Paulinho, is a professional football players from Brazil. Playing for the local Radium Futebol Clube as a child, Paulinho's senior career also began at Radium. He moved to Clube Esporte de Futebol in 2005-06 before ending 2006 at Soceidade Esportiva Vila Aurora.

Before the end of the year, Paulinho moved to Soceidade Esportiva e Recreativa Chapadao. After being out with injury, at the end of the year, Paulinho had to miss the entire 2008 season due to the injury and the recovery period after that. In 2009, after making his way back into the fitness, Paulinho signed up with Liverdense Esporte Clube.

He was sent on loan, for 2009-10, to Novo Hamburgo before spending 2010 at Atletico Paranaense. With an option to buy him out at the end of the loan-period, Atletico Paranaense gave him a strong run-out, with over 23 games in two seasons so far.
