Moussa Sissoko is a France international football player who currently features for the Premier League club Newcastle United. He plays as a midfielder and is rated as one of the best players in Europe.
Sissoko, born to Malian parents in Le Blanc-Mesnil, Seine-Saint-Denis, commenced his professional club football career at Toulouse and played for them club from 2007 until January 2013. He scored 20 goals in 192 league appearances for the French side. Establishing himself as a regular for the team.
In January 2013 Newcastle came calling and signed Sissoko after paying Toulouse an undisclosed fee. They handed the Frenchman a six-and-a-half-year contract. He has since become an important part of Alan Pardew’s side.
Sissoko made his international debut for France against the Faroe Islands in a 2010 World Cup qualifier in October 2009. However, he was not included in the squad for the finals itself.
