Ross Barkley is a young English football player who currently features for the Premier League club Luton Town. He plays as a midfielder.
Club Career
Barkley joined Everton as an 11-year-old and rose through the club’s youth academy. He was drafted into the Toffees’ first team in 2010, but was farmed out on loan to Sheffield Wednesday in 2012 and Leeds United in 2013.
He left Everton for Chelsea in 2018, spending four years on their books but struggling for game-time, going out on loan to Aston Villa in 2020. In 2022, he was released, and signed with Nice in September on a free transfer.

Barkley’s stint at Nice only lasted one season, playing 28 times and scoring four goals, exiting when his contract expired.
In August 2023, newly promoted Premier League club Luton signed Barkley on a free transfer.
