Victoriano Rivas Álvaro,popularly known as Nano, is a Spanish football player who currently features for the Spanish first division side Real Betis. He is a left-footed defender.
Nano graduated from the Atletico Madrid youth set-up but never played for the senior side. He was offloaded on a one-year loan deal to Getafe at the start of the 2002-2003 but at the end of the season Getafe decided to make the move permanent.
In the summer of 2005, Betis signed the player from Getafe but he has mostly be bothered by injuries which have stopped him from stiking to his first team role for long.
