Maguire was in action for England in their Euro 2020 Group A qualifier against Bulgaria away from home in Sofia on Monday evening.
The Three Lions were the better side from start to finish and won the match 6-0 with ease.
Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford, Manchester City attacking midfielder Raheem Sterling and Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane scored a goal apiece, while Chelsea midfielder Ross Barkley found the net twice.
Maguire has taken to Twitter to revel in the win for England, and the former Leicester City central defender has also criticised the Bulgaria fans for racist abuse which saw the game stopped twice.
The best way to bounce back. Proud of the team. There’s no place in football for that - disgraceful behaviour. Something must be done. @England
