Nasourdin Abdoulazimovitch Imavov was born on March 1, 1995 in Dagestan, Russia. He currently resides in and fights out of Salon-de-Provence in France. He moved to France when he was nine years old and that is when he started fighting. When he was 19, he moved to Paris to train with his brother at the MMA Factory where he was trained by Fernand Lopez.

He stands 191 cm tall and has the same reach. He has an orthodox stance and his weight was last listed at 84 kg, which allows him to play in the middleweight division.

Career

Imavov’s first fight was a loss to Majdeddine Ayadi in February 2016 for 100% Fight 27. He followed this with three wins in 2016 and 2017. Before he joined the Ultimate Fighting Championship, he fought for the Davil’s Cage, CFC, Ares FC, FEN, and the Gladiator Fighting Arena.

In October 2020, he made his UFC debut and his first fight was a win against Jordan Williams. Some of UFC wins include those against Jordan Williams, Ian Heinisch, and Joaquin Buckley. In January 2023, he lost to Sean Strickland.
