Career
He turned pro in January 2010. His first professional fight was against Ishkhan Zakharian. He won that fight and followed it up with another win in July of the same year against Magomed Umarov. He had his first professional loss. It was against Michail Tsarev.He did not start fighting in the Ultimate Fighting Championship until November 2013. Before that, he fought for the Battle of Stars, Governors Cup, Colosseum Battles Champions, ProFC, and Urkarah Fights.
In his first UFC fight, he won against Thiago de Oliveira Peretuo. His next fight was a loss to Gunnar Nelson in March 2014. Then in 2015, he won against Mats Nilsson and Brian Ebersole then lost to Sergio Moraes at the end of the year. In April 2016, he lost to Elizeu Zaleski dos Santos. He continued fighting in the UFC through to July 2021, winning against fighters like Tom Breese, Ian Heinsich, and Zak Cummings.
