Lena Ovchynnikova is a professional mixed martial arts, Muay Thai, and K-1 fighter. A submission specialist, Ovchynnikova currently competes in the Flyweight division under Bellator promotions and the Featherweight division in kickboxing. This world champion has more than a dozen awards and accomplishments under her belt.

Born Oléna "Lena" Serhíyivna Ovchýnnikova on April 21, 1987 in Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine, she is a 13-time World Champion. She was the 2015 Boxxtomoi Muay Thai Women’s Champion, the 2014 WBC Muay Thai World Flyweight Champion, the WKA Amateur World Champion, and the IKKC Women’s World Super Bantamweight Muay Thai Champion.

In Karate, she has two gold medals from the ISKA Amateur European Championships, one for Oriental and one for Muay Thai. Her kickboxing record is 12 wins and 6 losses. Ovchýnnikova fights out of Lviv, Ukraine and is associated with Union Gym.

She started her MMA professional career strong with a win against Svetlana Svetlana on September 2006 at the International Gala Festival. Her debut fight started an 8-match winning streak until September 2011. She has notable submission wins against Anna Zubritska, Fathia Mostafa, and Helen Harper. Ovchýnnikova’s last fight against Alejandra Lara ended at Bellator 190 ended in a loss.
