Annalisa Bucci is an Italian professional fighter who holds various titles in several mixed martial arts competitions. Inside the Octagon, she bears the nickname “No Fear” – a fitting name for someone who is unafraid to take the shots and bring her opponent down. Bucci is currently ranked number 37 in the best female featherweight division.

Born on January 29, 1983 in Ancona, Italy, Bucci’s family as athletic and she was already immersed in sports at the tender age of 3. Her sister encouraged her to try Muay Thai in 2006, and the trainers immediately saw her potential. Although she had no plans to become a professional fighter in the beginning, she changed her mind when she first watched a fight between two mixed martial artists.

She took up Economics and Management Administration and Auditing at the University. In November 2006, she had her first kick boxing fight versus Arianna Leonardi which ended in a victory for her. She won all the kick boxing matches that followed except for the one versus Sabrina Guarini in 2007.

Bucci won the Italian Amateur K1 Title versus Gabriella Carmelita on May 19, 2007. After 2 years, she competed and won the WMTI Intercontinental Thai Boxing Title.

Her last UFC fight with Marloes Coenen was at the Bellator MMA – Bellator 130 on October 24, 2014 and she lost the match because of a rear-naked choke submission in the third round. In 2015, Bucci went on to win the WTKA World Championships, where over 5000 competitors from more than 107 countries and 36 international federations vie for the title.

She stands 5’7” and weighed 140 lbs on her last weigh in. Her fighting styles include full contact, mixed martial arts, Muay Thai, K1, and kickboxing. Bucci has an MMA record of 7 wins (2 KO/TKO, 3 submissions, and 2 decisions) and 4 losses.
