Darren Helm is a Canadian center for the Detroit Red Wings.

Drafted in 2005, Helm played seven games in the 2007-08 season and made the playoff roster. He scored his first NHL goal in Detroit's Game 2 victory over the Dallas Stars.

Helm played for the Canadian Junior National team in 2007, scoring two points in five games.
