Carey Price

Carey Price is a Canadian goalie on the Montreal Canadiens.

Price was drafted 5th overall by Montreal in 2003, and made his NHL debut in 2007. Price played well in his rookie season, winning 24 of 41 starts and posting stellar numbers. Unfortunately, he cooled off a bit in the playoffs, as the Canadiens were knocked out in the second round. With Cristobal Huet’s departure to Washington, Price is now the undisputed starter in Montreal.

Price has played for Team Canada at the 2007 World Junior Championships, where he won a gold medal.
