Martin Hanzal is a Czech center on the Phoenix Coyotes.

Hanzal was drafted by Phoenix in the 1st round of the 2005 Entry Draft. He played a season in the Czech Extraliga before coming to North America. He made his NHL debut in ’07-08, scoring 8 goals and 35 points in 72 games.

Hanzal played for the Czech Republic at the 2006 and 2007 World Junior Championships, as well as the 2008 World Championships.
