Simeon Varlamov is a Russian goalie on the Washington Capitals.
Varlamov is one of the top rated Russian goalie prospects, and has signed with the Capitals after being drafted in the 1st round in 2006. He has yet to play for them, but has continued to hone his skills in international play with Russian junior national teams and the Russian Lokomotiv junior club.
