Duronto Rajshahi is a cricket team which plays in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), and represents the division of Rajshahi, situated in Bangladesh. Mushfiqur Rahim is the icon player for this team and this wicketkeeper is also the national captain of Bangladesh cricket team. He later on became the captain of Rajshahi as well. Khaled Mashud is the head coach of this team with Attar Ali Khan being the batting coach.
Founded in 2012, the owner of this team is Digital Auto Care. It was on 10th January, 2012 that Digital Auto Care made the winning bid of $1.07 million for this franchise. The first season of this team went poor, with losing to Chittagong by 200 runs and later on losing against Barisal.
