Peshawar cricket team

The Peshawar cricket team, also known as Panthers is a first-class Pakistani cricket team from Peshawar. The team plays first-class competitions, domestically. The team has been a successful winner of Quaid-i-Azam Trophy both in the year 1998-99 and 2004-05.

The Peshawar has also won an ABN-AMRO Cup National One-day Championship in the year 2006-07.

The team consists of many renowned players, some of which includes Younis Khan, Wajahatullah Wasti, Yasir Hameed, Arshed Khan, Umar Gul and Fazl-e-Akbar.
