Mitchell Ross Marsh was born on 20th October 1991 in Armadale, Western Australia. He is an Australian Cricketer who bats in the middle order and bowls medium fast. Mitchell is the son of the former Australian Cricketer Geoff Marsh and brother of Shaun Marsh who plays for the Australian National Team. He has the maximum number of runs to his name in a Darlot season, which is domestic cricket in Australia.
Mitchell made his debut at the age of 17 years in February 2009 for Warriors in the Ford Ranger Cup at Bunbury. Thus he became the youngest player to do so in an Australian domestic one-day game. He was selected to play for the Australian Under-19 Team which had to play against India. In 2010 he was awarded with the captaincy of the Under-19 Cricket World Cup Team. Marsh wonderfully handled the team and lead Australia to victory in the Under-19 World Cup. He also had a successful tournament with the bat and scored 201 runs which included a match winning knock of 97 runs against Sri Lanka in the Semi Final match.
