Pragyan Ojha
Pragyan Prayash Ojha is a left handed batsman and left arm slow orthodox bowler who plays for the Indian cricket team. He has also played for India Under-19s, India Red, India A, Hyderabad (India) and Deccan Chargers. At a recent IPL player auction, he was bought by the Mumbai Indians to play at the IPL 5 season to be held on April 2012.
Ojha ’s debut in One day Internationals was on 28th June 2008 at Karachi against Bangladesh. In this match, he bowled 10 overs, none of which were maidens, conceded 43 runs and took 2 wickets. He also took 3 catches but did not get an opportunity to bat. India won this match by 7 wickets with 40 deliveries to spare.
Ojha played his first Twenty20 match on 4th April 2007 at Visakhapatnam, which was contested between Hyderabad and Kerala. He did not get a chance to bat, but bowled 4 overs, none of which were maidens, conceded 33 runs and took 3 wickets. Kerala won this match by 5 wickets with 3 deliveries to spare.
