James Edward Charles Franklin is a left handed batsman and left arm fast medium bowler who plays for New Zealand cricket team. He has also played for Wellington and Glamorgan. Presently, James has been retained by Mumbai Indians to play for IPL 5 season 2012.
Franklin debuted in One day Internationals on 2nd January 2001 at Taupo against Zimbabwe. In this match, he bowled 5 overs, none of which were maiden, conceded 28 runs and took 2 wickets.
