England has sprung two changes to their squad for the fourth Ashes test match at Headingley by calling up Ryan Sidebottom and middle-order batsman Jonathon Trott into their squad. With a decent chance of Andrew Flintoff missing the fourth test match, the pair has been called up as a cover for him.
Also, with Stuart Broad bowling the way he has been in the last three test matches, there could be a change to two to the bowling line-up as well.

England has been going into the games with five frontline batsmen, an all-rounder, a wicket-keeper and four frontline bowlers to give their team a wholesome balance. However, if you take the all-rounder out of the equation, England will be left with one of the two options of either going ahead with one lesser batsman or only four frontline batsmen. The advantage that England has is that the wicket-keeper Matt Prior has a good form going for him and hence, the side could consider the five bowlers theory.
Flintoff had bowled only 11 overs on the fifth day of the third test match and had also taken a tumble while bowling.
Headingley is the home ground for Sidebottom, while Trott has been scoring his runs at almost 100 runs per innings this season and plays for Warwickshire in the first class cricket.
