Boxers who have little or no expectation of winning. They are competent boxers but do not have the caliber of a gatekeeper or a contender. They possess the ability to take on punishment and are usually fighters who have a good chin. Journeymen were once aspiring novices in boxing, who by a turn of events, decided to stay on as journeymen instead.
