She has competed primarily in the Super Middleweight division. She fights from an orthodox position and is known for her multifaceted career, which includes a background as a singer and a stint as a contestant on American Idol. She is married to fellow professional boxer Glenn Dezurn Jr..

Career

Crews-Dezurn began her professional campaign in November 2016 with a unanimous decision loss to fellow debutant and two-time Olympic gold medalist Claressa Shields. Despite the early setback, she quickly established herself as a top contender, capturing the WBC Super Middleweight title in 2018 with a victory over Maricela Cornejo.

She unified the division in April 2022, defeating Elin Cederroos by unanimous decision at Madison Square Garden to become the undisputed Super Middleweight World Champion. Her undisputed reign ended in July 2023 when she lost a majority decision to Savannah Marshall in the UK.

Crews-Dezurn regained world championship status in December 2023, defeating Shadasia Green by unanimous decision to win the WBC and WBA Interim titles. She successfully defended her unified WBA and WBC titles in June 2025, earning a hard-fought majority decision victory over Citlalli Ortiz at Turning Stone Resort Casino.
