Guerfi’s first professional title was the Federation Francaise de Boxe France Flyweight title, which he won in February 2009.In June 2009, he won the IBF Youth Flyweight title. In May 2015, he experienced his first loss. It was against Juan Carlos Reveco. That loss also cost him the chance to hold the WBA Interim World Flyweight title.
In April 2013, he won the IBO International Flyweight title when he beat Farid Cassiani. In September 2013, he won the EBU European Bantamweight, which he lost in April 2014 against Zhanat Zhakiyanov. In June 2016, he picked up the EBU European Bantamweight title after beating Ryan Farrag.
He defended his EBU Title twice before he lost it to Lee McGregor in March 2021. In August 2021, he picked up the EBU European Featherweight title. Then in February 2022, he lost it to Jordan Gill. His most recent fight was a loss to Michael Conlan.
