The team is 11 time Champions of RSFSR and won the Champion of Russia in 2002, 2003, 2009 and in 2010. They were the Champions of Euro league in 2003 and proud winners of the Russian Cup in 2005, 2009, 2010 and in 2011. This team was the Champion of Basketball Super league in 2002, 2003, 2004 and in 2009.
Ekaterinburg were placed in second place in Russia Championship in 1997, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2004 and in 2006. They were placed second in Russian Cup in 2004, 2006 and in 2008. They came second in Basketball Super league Championship in 1997, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2006 and in 2010. They were in second place in USSR Cup in 1985.
Ekaterinburg were placed in 3rd place in Russia Championship in 1973, 1974, 1994, 1996, 1998, 2005, 2007 and in 2008. In 2008, 2009 and 2010, they came third in Euro league FIBA. Moreover, they were third in FIBA Women's World League 2007. Further, they were third in Basketball Super league Championship in 1998, 2005 and in 2008.
They were 3rd in the World Cup 2003 and in USSR Championship 1973 and 1974. Also, they won Special award of the RF Basketball Federation “The Most Stable Team of Independent Russia.
