Cedric Jackson is an American former professional basketball player who used to play in the National Basketball Association for the Cleveland Cavaliers, San Antonio Spurs, and Washington Wizards; and found his greatest success in the Australian NBL.

Cedric Lamar Jackson was born on March 5, 1986, in Alamogordo, New Mexico.He stands 191 cm tall and his weight was last listed at 95 kg. He shot right and played point guard throughout his career.
High School and College Career
Jackson attended Medical Lake High School before transferring to Northern Burlington County High School.He began his college career at St. John's University (2004-2006) before transferring to Cleveland State University (2007-2009). At Cleveland State, he made headlines with a game-winning full-court shot against Syracuse.
He also helped lead the Vikings to an upset victory over Wake Forest in the 2009 NCAA Tournament.
Professional Career
After going undrafted in 2009, Jackson began his career with the Erie BayHawks. In 2010, he had brief stints with three NBA teams - the Cleveland Cavaliers, San Antonio Spurs, and Washington Wizards, before returning to the BayHawks.He then played for the Idaho Stampede, where he earned NBA D-League All-Star and All-Defensive Second Team honors in 2011.
Following a short period with Enel Brindisi in Italy, Jackson found his greatest success with the New Zealand Breakers (2011-2013, 2014-2016), winning three NBL championships (2012, 2013, 2015) and earning numerous accolades including league MVP in 2013.
Between his Breakers stints, he played for Union Olimpija in Slovenia.
He also played for teams in Puerto Rico (Mets de Guaynabo, Atléticos de San Germán), Australia (Melbourne United, Illawarra Hawks), and won the NAPB championship with the Yakima SunKings in 2018.
