Stephen Bardo is an American former professional basketball player who played in the National Basketball Association and various international leagues. Teams he played in the NBA include the Dallas Mavericks, Detroit Pistons, and San Antonio Spurs. He is currently a college basketball analyst.

Bardo was selected by the Atlanta Hawks in the second round of the 1990 NBA Draft. After playing in the CBA with the Quad City Thunder, he made his NBA debut with the San Antonio Spurs in 1992. He also played for the Dallas Mavericks and Detroit Pistons.

His career included stints in France for Levallois, Italy for Teamsystem Fabriano, in Spain for Joventut Badalona, and in Japan for Toshiba Brave Thunders Kanagawa, where he concluded his playing career in 2000.

After retiring, Bardo transitioned into broadcasting, working as an analyst for CBS Sports, ESPN, Big Ten Network, and Bally Sports Wisconsin's Milwaukee Bucks broadcasts. He has also authored a book titled "How To Make The League Without Picking Up The Rock".
