Lucius Allen is an American former professional basketball player who achieved the rare feat of winning championships at the high school, collegiate, and professional levels. He won an National Basketball Association Championship with the Milwaukee Bucks in 1971.

Allen's professional career began in 1969 when he was selected 3rd overall by the Seattle SuperSonics in the NBA Draft. He spent one season with the SuperSonics before being traded to the Milwaukee Bucks.

His time with the Milwaukee Bucks (1970-1974) proved to be the most successful period of his career, highlighted by winning an NBA Championship in 1971. He then played three seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers (1974-1977).

Allen concluded his NBA career with the Kansas City Kings from 1977 to 1979.
