High School and College Career

He attended St. Francis High School in Alpharetta, Georgia. Later, he committed to play basketball for Florida State University and was there from 2015 to 2016.

In 2016, he was named to the ACC All-Freshman team.

Professional Career

He turned pro in 2016 and was selected in the 1st round of the 2016 NBA Draft. Beasley was the 19th overall pick of the Draft and was selected by the Denver Nuggets.

He was in the Nuggets through 2020 but from 2016 to 2017, he was assigned to play for their NBA G League team, the Sioux Falls Skyforce. From 2020 to 2022, he was signed with the Minnesota Timberwolves.

From 2022 to 2023, he was signed with the Utah Jazz then in 2023, he also played for the Los Angeles Lakers. Beasley later signed with the Milwaukee Bucks.
